Promising Review: "I call this thing my Satan Stick, because holy hell do you feel it! I have terrible problems with my IT bands and use this on a regular basis to roll out my legs. It definitely helps loosen things and gets the blood flowing, but you will develop a love-hate relationship with this thing worse than any ex you've ever dated. I use it myself on certain muscle groups, but to really dig in there on other spots it works best to have someone else roll it out for you. It could even be someone who doesn't like you...."

#2 Trigger Point Performance STK Contour Massager

On sale for $22.49 (reg. $29.99).

Promising Review: "This Is preferable to my other four or so roller bars because it has a slight bend in the product that allows you to achieve better massage. There is also something about the ergonomics (which I cannot pinpoint ) That really makes this a great product for rolling out sore spots especially around bony areas like the knees and hard to reach areas like the back and ribs."

#3 TriggerPoint GRID Foam Roller

On sale for $26.24 (reg. $39.99).

Promising Review: "I have been running 15 to 20 miles per week for years, and I've found that stretching well afterwards is really important for helping me to avoid injuries and recover quickly. In fact, for me it's a lot more important than stretching before I run. The TriggerPoint roller is a great tool, and it helps me to do a much better job stretching. As far as quality, it's a very strong tube, and the foam is firm but comfortable. It's a pretty simple product, but it works!"

#4 TriggerPoint AcuCurve Massage Cane for Neck, Back and Shoulders

On sale for $14.89 (reg. $19.99).

Promising Review: "I can't rate this massager highly enough. My husband and I are very active with strength training, swimming, cycling and running and frequently need massages. This device allows you to get the proper leverage to work out the knots anywhere they begin to appear each day which helps tremendously with overall tension relief. Using on someone else or yourself, it make working out the kinks so much easier and less effort!"

#5 TriggerPoint GRID Foam Roller (26 inch)

On sale for $48.74 (reg. $58.50).

Promising Review: "I love, love, love my TriggerPoint GRID foam roller. I have a similar, less expensive, foam roller made of foam. The TriggerPoint is so much better. 1. It is harder. The hard plastic center allows it the pressure to really focus on your muscles. The softer exterior with is great. Now, I can't say if the channels are good or bad, since I love the hardness afforded by the hard plastic center. I've come to the point in which I use the softer foam roller when something is SUPER painful and then promote myself up to the TriggerPoint roller once I can easily breath again while rolling. It's totally worth having both types of rollers. For example, my IT Band is WICKED tight. I start with the lighter - standard foam roller and then once it feels worked out, I then go at my IT Band with the TriggerPoint and find other, deeper spots. I use the TriggerPoint after running & hiking."

Women’s Running Community (WRC) was created to inspire girls and women to choose health and wellness over our culture’s harmful obsession with having the “perfect” runner’s body type, weight or shape. Our goal is to educate the world that health, beauty, and wellness come in many forms and that no one body type, shape, size, culture or weight is more worthy of respect, love and acceptance than another. We want to challenge the industry leaders and media creators to expand their vision of what a runner or being healthy looks like.
