18-year old Houston teen Matthew Boling is being hailed as the next Usain Bolt after completing the 100 meters dash in 9.98 seconds, beating the fastest high school time in history. The time which is only 0.40 seconds slower than the WR set by Usain Bolt would have been good enough for the 100m finals at the Rio Olympics.
In fact, Boiling would have placed 7th in the 2016 men’s 100m finals at the 2016 Olympics….did we mention he is only 18 and still in high school!?!?!
