This month we are going to work our lower back muscles, arms, shoulders, legs, and core. We are a different plank each day to increase full body strength.

Our June Challenge exercises are:

  • Superman
  • Renegade Rows
  • Windshield Wipers
  • Lunges
  • Shoulder Presses
  • Oblique Crunches
  • Planks – New Plank Each Day
