Pic on the left was from Feb 2015 right before I was starting a workout that day and the right is me mid jump squat this morning. On the left I had already lost about 20 lbs of baby weight in my first 2.5 months just by drinking more water, doing daily workouts/running, eating clean and cutting out obvious gluten. I remember after having my kids being frustrated, bitter and saying “I’m not one of those girls who has her kids and just goes right back to being in shape.” And I was right. I wasn’t. I had to WORK and SWEAT for every.damn.pound I lost. And it was worth it, it’s amazing how good you can feel when you take care of yourself and make time for YOU. Melissa W
