- 2 frozen tangerines, peel and pull apart and store in a ziploc bag
- Juice of half a lemon
- High quality protein powder (I used 3 mini scoops of USANA Vanilla Nutrimeal)
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup unsweetened hazelnut milk (you can use almond or coconut)
- 1 teaspoon organic coconut oil
- Sprinkle of ground turmeric
- Handful of ice cubes
- Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend well.
