Ingredients:

  • 2 frozen tangerines, peel and pull apart and store in a ziploc bag
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • High quality protein powder (I used 3 mini scoops of USANA Vanilla Nutrimeal)
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup unsweetened hazelnut milk (you can use almond or coconut)
  • 1 teaspoon organic coconut oil
  • Sprinkle of ground turmeric
  • Handful of ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend well.
