Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seed
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Directions:

Blend until smooth and enjoy!
